My name is Lob. I joined the vibrant community of Aotearoa in 2024. I grew up in Tibet in a diverse cultural environment, which helps me understand and respect different cultures.

I believe early childhood education is an important foundation for every child’s future life. Teaching is a meaningful career for me, and I feel grateful to be working in this field in New Zealand.

I aim to create a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment where every child feels a sense of belonging. I enjoy supporting tamariki to grow in confidence and become lifelong learners by following their interests and encouraging their natural curiosity.
