Earthquake Protection

All our buildings have been strengthened against earthquake to 100% of NBS (new building standard).

While our new extension has been constructed to the Building Code, we wanted to be sure that our old building, too, would cope in a moderate earthquake. The strengthening work involved re-piling the old house and installing seismic bracing throughout the building. Being 100% up to code has given us all peace of mind that we have done all we can to protect the children.
